Easy Lab with Differential Diagnosis is a software program that teaches lab testing and differential diagnosis along with deficiency diseases.
Easy Lab contains over 400 labs, 1,000 diseases and 4,000 references.
The Start Page has links to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), Info, Disclaimer, Version and About pages.

The main top menu goes to the main pages: Labs, Diseases and Differential Diagnosis (DDx).
“Reference” shows a reference.
“System” is a list by system.
“List” is alphabetical list.
“Refs” shows the references for a disease.
The forward and back navigation arrows on the bottom right side are fairly straightforward.

Clicking on arrows goes to what they point to. It is the primary way to navigate to a related disease or lab.
The arrow at the end goes to a page with more information, eventually bringing you to the reference.

“Lab” in the main menu brings you to the “Lab Page”. It starts with a brief description of the lab test.
The first list is diseases that have high lab values. The second list is diseases that have low lab values.
The listing order is “A” for diagnostic, “B” for secondary, “C” for CBC, “M” for minerals and metals, and “V” for vitamins, etc.

“System” underneath “Labs” brings you to the “Labs by System” page.
This is list of labs by system that begins with eyes, ears, nose and throat (EENT).

“List” underneath “Labs” brings you to the “Alphabetical List of Labs” page.
This is an alphabetical listing of lab tests. It includes alternative names.

“Disease” in the main menu brings you to the “Disease” page, which shows a brief description and the associated labs.
The first list are diseases with high lab values. The second list are diseases with low lab values.

“DDx” in the main menu brings you to the “Differential Diagnosis” page, which begins with a summary of the differential diagnosis.
The first list is an alphabetical list of diseases in the summary, with drugs at the bottom.
The second list is a reverse lookup that shows what other diseases have the current disease in its differential diagnosis.

The “Lab Low and Disease” page shows information on the combination of a lab test and disease.

The “Lab High and Disease” page shows information on the combination of a lab test and disease.

“Refs” underneath “Labs” brings you to the “Lab Refences” page.
This shows all the references for the lab test.

“Refs” underneath “Disease” brings you to the “Disease References” page.
This shows all of the references for the current disease.

“Ref” underneath “DDx” brings you to the “Reference” page, which shows the author-date citation followed by the full citation and a brief note.
Clicking on the arrow brings you out of Easy Lab to the web page for the reference, which usually is PubMed (National Institute of Health, NIH).
